MOT receives Recommendations on the Review of Active Mobility Regulations for Safer Path Sharing

1.     The Ministry of Transport (MOT) has received the Active Mobility Advisory Panel’s recommendations on the review of active mobility regulations for safer path sharing this morning.

2.     The Ministry would like to thank the Panel for the significant time and effort they have invested in this review over the last year, as well as to everyone who has contributed to the public surveys, consultations and discussions which have helped shaped the development of these recommendations.

3.     MOT will study the recommendations and issue our response in due course.
