Mr Lim Biow Chuan asked the Acting Minister for Transport whether the Ministry can provide an update on the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail project.
Reply by Acting Minister for Transport Chee Hong Tat:
1. Mr Speaker, this reply also addresses questions filed by Mr Saktiandi Supaat and Mr Louis Chua for a subsequent sitting.
2. Singapore is willing to discuss any new proposal for a Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail from Malaysia in good faith, starting from a clean slate. We have not received any new proposal from Malaysia.
