Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for Transport
a. what was the average peak-period capacity utilisation of City Direct Services 654, 671, 677 and 682 respectively, for each year since 2023, broken down by morning and evening peaks; and
b. whether LTA will consider increasing trips on Sengkang City Direct services to relieve peak-period crowding.

1. The average loading of City Direct Services 654, 671, 677, and 682 are in Table 1. There are no plans to increase the number of trips at the moment.
