Mr Jackson Lam asked the Minister for Transport

a.          whether LTA has studied how deregistered vehicles continue to be used on Singapore roads after deregistration; and

b.          what proportion of cases investigated since 2024 involved vehicles that had been transferred to motor dealers, exporters, scrapyards or other intermediaries.
