Public Transport Voucher Exercise 2022 Stage 2 Application to Open from 16 January 2023

1.     To help households cope with the public transport fare adjustment, the Government had announced that 600,000 Public Transport Vouchers (PTVs) worth $30 each will be made available to resident households with monthly household income per person of not more than $1,600 under the 2022 PTV Exercise. 

2.     The PTVs are disbursed in two stages. The first stage of disbursement, to households that received a voucher during the 2021 PTV Exercise and continue to meet the income eligibility criteria, was completed in December 2022. 240,000 households have received notification letters on their PTVs via post. 

3.     The second stage will run from 16 January 2023 to 31 October 2023.  Households that meet the eligibility criteria but did not receive a $30 voucher in the first stage can apply for PTVs online at

 or in person at their local Community Centres/Clubs (CCs). Successful applicants will be notified via post. 

4.     Households who have received a notification letter can follow the instructions on the letter to redeem their voucher at any TransitLink Kiosks, Top-Up Kiosks, Assisted Service Kiosks, TransitLink Ticket Offices or Concession Card Replacement Offices. All vouchers must be redeemed by 31 March 2024. Residents may approach their local CCs if they have any queries.
