Mr Edward Chia Bing Hui asked the Minister for Transport whether the Government will review the size of the Category C COE quota, given Singapore's continued economic growth, major infrastructure projects and expanding logistics sector, to ensure that the quota remains aligned with the operational needs of businesses.
