Mr Muhamad Faisal Abdul Manap asked the Minister for Transport whether there are any measures in place to prevent bus drivers from reducing their driving speed and deliberately stopping at bus stops longer than necessary so as to avoid being penalised for arriving back at the interchange too early.

1. Bus bunching was a common complaint among commuters. In response, we have introduced the Bus Service Reliability Framework to get bus operators to improve the punctuality and reliability of their bus services.
