Mr Louis Ng Kok Kwang asked the Minister for Transport
a. for each year in the past three years, what was the median and mean road tax paid for a car owner of (i) an electric car (ii) a hybrid car and (iii) a petrol car respectively; and
b. whether the Ministry will start collecting such data if it does not currently do so.
