Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for Transport
a. whether the recent rise in motorcycle COEs is viewed more as a transitory or permanent phenomenon; and
b. what mitigation mechanisms is the Ministry considering for each of these instances, to assist those who utilise motorcycles primarily for the purposes of work.
