Ms He Ting Ru asked the Minister for Transport in the last two years, how many electric cars are registered as belonging to
i. HDB households
ii. private landed property households and
iii. private non-landed property households respectively.
Reply by Minister for Transport S Iswaran:
1. As of October 2022, among all electric cars registered under individual owners, about 17% were registered to HDB residents; about 51% were registered to private landed property residents; and about 32% were registered to private non-landed property residents.
