Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for Transport
a. whether the LTA accepts feedback on bus services based solely on data from the MyTransport.SG app and not from third-party applications that utilise LTA-provided Application Programming Interfaces; and
b. if so, what are the reasons for this limitation.
Reply by Minister for Transport Chee Hong Tat:
1. The Land Transport Authority accepts feedback from all sources, including via third-party apps, or referencing data from third-party apps.
