Mr Mark Lee asked the Minister for Transport in view of the rising Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices for Category E vehicles, what is the total number of Category E quota used for the registration of Category C COEs under the Vehicle Quota System over the last five years.
Reply by Acting Minister for Transport Chee Hong Tat:
1. From 2018 to 2022, 65 Category C vehicles were registered using Category E Certificates of Entitlement.
