Ms Hazel Poa asked the Minister for Transport what percentage of COEs went to HDB flats owners or dwellers for each year in the past 10 years.

Reply by Minister for Transport S Iswaran:

1.     The proportion of car-owning households living in public housing was around 70% in 2013 and declined to 55% in 2019, before increasing and remaining stable at around 60% over the last three years.
