Ms Hazel Poa asked the Minister for Transport over the last 12 months, how many COEs from Category E (Open) were used to register new vehicles in other COE categories.
Reply by Acting Minister for Transport Chee Hong Tat:
1. Over the last 12 months, 4,206 Open Category E Certificates of Entitlement (COE) were used to register new vehicles in other COE categories.
