Mr Leon Perera asked the Minister for Transport for each year in the past three years, what is the total sum in Electronic Road Pricing charges paid by motorcyclists and the average sum paid by each motorcyclist respectively.
Reply by Minister for Transport S Iswaran:
1. The total amount of the Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) charges collected from motorcyclists for each year in the past three years was about $6.1 million for 2019, $1.7 million for 2020, and $0.8 million for 2021. The average annual sum paid by motorcyclists was about $30 in 2019, $8 in 2020, and $4 in 2021.
